By accessing and using uwuu.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes
- You are responsible for the security and management of your wallet
- You are responsible for choosing which wallets/traders to copy
- We are not responsible for any financial losses you may incur
- Copy trading does not guarantee profits and may result in losses
- Past performance of copied traders does not guarantee future results
- You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose
- We provide no financial advice or investment recommendations
Platform Fees
Transaction Fees
We charge a 1% fee on successful copy trades.
Minimum Fee Structure
• Primary minimum fee: 0.02 SOL
• If 0.02 SOL cannot be collected, we attempt: 0.01 SOL
• If 0.01 SOL cannot be collected, we attempt: 0.005 SOL
• If no minimum fee can be collected, no fee is charged
Wallet Security & Custody
Encrypted Custody Model: We generate and manage wallets on your behalf using enterprise-grade encryption. Your private keys are fully encrypted and secured.
- We generate wallets for copy trading functionality
- All private keys are encrypted using enterprise-grade encryption
- You can export your private keys at any time from your dashboard
- You are responsible for securely storing exported private keys
- Lost or deleted accounts may result in permanent loss of funds
- We recommend regularly backing up your private keys
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
Platform Usage
Acceptable Use:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must not use the platform for illegal activities
- You must not attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
- You must not share your account credentials with others
Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:
- The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
- Network congestion may affect transaction speed and success rates
- We are not liable for losses due to platform downtime
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: uwuu.ai, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uwuu.ai and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
